Prism Online Therapy

Alvin Baker, Jr. is owner and LCSW for Prism Online Therapy. He has over 15 years of behavioral, emotional, and mental health experience and a passion for individual care. Alvin worked for several years as a family counselor, primarily treating adolescents with behavioral difficulties. After obtaining his Master of Social Work degree from USM, he provided clinical treatment in a primary care setting for two years before ultimately becoming the Mental Wellness Counselor for the University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park campus. Alvin utilizes a strengths-based, solution-focused model focusing on providing practical tools and skills to cope with life and/or mental health difficulties.
